Cooper Technologies, Inc. currently offers the following business support agreements for the high demand business that cannot afford any down time or data loss in their environment.

	The Platinum Account - 16 hours per month
	The Gold Account - 6 hours per month
	The Basic Service Account - 2 hours per month
	The Quarterly Account - 6 hours per calendar quarter
	Hourly Blocks - You set the appointments as needed.

Emergency response time is based on 8:00 am. - 5:00 pm. working hours. We offer 7x24 service at additional cost.* Cooper Technologies, Inc. also offers emergency repairs and standard on-site service calls. All prices are subject to change. Agreements are based on payment prior to the first of the agreement period, additional conditions may apply.** Any of these accounts can be customized to fit your special needs.
